I use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss requested services, prepare proposals, and communicate about potential projects.
4. Service providers
Contact requests are sent to Telegram so I can receive and review them. Uploaded images are handled by Cloudinary. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms. International transfers may occur depending on their processing arrangements.
5. Data retention
I intend to retain enquiry information for up to six months after the last contact, unless a longer period is necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
